When looking at the best products, founders, and companies, they focus on one thing and they work to perfect it and eliminate any areas of inefficiency. Hindsight will always make us say, I could have made Snapchat, Yo, or a taxi service.
However, true value is not in the engineering or an apps code. It's in the zen process that the company has had to go through to get the product down to its most simple form. The process to simplicity is often the last thing from simple. You have to navigate dark waters that few have traveled. To achieve simplicity, we must have an extream understanding of the customer and the complexities that they experience. If you understand the customer then you can understand how they see the problem and find the solution.
